Healthy Brown Rice Smoothie

Ingredients

  •  1 can 14 oz Nu4Life Brown Rice Nutritious Drink.
  •  2 cups fresh or frozen strawberries
  •  2 cups sliced fresh banana / fresh mixed berries
  •  1/2 cup low fat milk
  •  1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  •  2 tablespoons honey


Preparation

  • In a blender container combine strawberries, banana, honey, milk, and vanilla.  Cover and blend until nearly smooth about 1 minute.  Pour in a glass and serve.
